Our cheesemakers,
Jack and Cam, create
delicious farmhouse
cheeses from both cows
and goats milk.
Most of our cheeses are fresh soft style cheeses made in a style that reflects the farmhouse cheeses of France and Italy. The cheese factory uses the the freshest cows milk taken daily from the farm's milking shed direct to the factory. Goats milk is delivered fresh to the farm from a property in the neighbouring region of Gippsland.
