MARINATED FETA

In the US, Yarra Valley Dairy Marinated Feta is sold in specialist supermarkets and delis. Known
in Australia as our Yarra Valley Dairy Persian Fetta, it is a creamy, silky textured cows milk cheese.
Olive oil, fresh thyme, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns in the marinade give this delicious feta a
warm rich finish.

Available in a food service size of 3.3kg and retail sizes 180g and 250g.
