In the US Yarra Valley Dairy Marinated Feta is sold in specialist food stores and delis. Known in Australia as Yarra Valley Dairy Persian Fetta, it is a creamy silky textured cows' milk cheese. Olive oil, fresh thyme and garlic in the marinade gives this delicious feta a warm rich finish. It is delicious on great artisan bread, crumbled through salads, on pizza or with beef or lamb. Australian chefs and home cooks have created a myriad of uses for this versatile cheese. Once the cheese is finished the oil becomes a delicious ingredient too!
